To Register:

Thank you for your interest in our products.  To register for access into the site, please fill out the Tax Exempt Form by clicking HERE and emailing it to sales@itsyourjourneywholesale.com.  This form must be signed, we cannot accept an electronic signature.  

Note: The State of Ohio requires all wholesalers to keep TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATE FORMS or a COPY OF EACH COMPANYS SALES TAX DOCUMENT on file.  If you do not provide us with either of these documents, we can still sell wholesale to you but you will be charged 6.75% sales tax on your orders.

You can also take a picture of your Tax Exempt Certificate and email it to: sales@itsyourjourneywholesale.com

You can print and mail the TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATE to:
